Wow! You've captured so many expressions really well. Whenever I see art of people commuting the colors are a lot more muted or cooler to show the apathetic nature of the whole ordeal but the use of warm colors here is something I haven't seen before. Great work!

Nice work on the katana design! His torso seems a bit elongated which makes the legs a tad bit awkward as well. I like the use of negative space you have there, but I'm not sure where the light sources are. As you said you were tired and I totally get that. Interested in seeing the colored version of it though.
